Telephone Hold and Background Music Services

Description

The City of Tucson seeks to solicit proposals from qualified vendors provide background music and hold music for its phone line services. This service may be utilized by the City of Tucson's Environmental Services Division (ESD), Tucson Water Division (TW), Planning and Development Services (PDSD), among numerous other departments who may wish to utilize. The hold music will be played when individuals call the agency’s customer service or main telephone lines and are placed on hold. The music must be appropriate, professional, engaging, and of high quality to ensure a positive caller experience.The objective is to secure a vendor capable of providing high-quality background hold music, along with appropriate technical support and ongoing music management services. The selected vendor will be responsible for ensuring the music is regularly updated, adheres to required standards, and is fully compatible with the agency's phone system.
