General work description: The County of Yuba Community Development and Services Agency (CDSA) is seeking proposals from qualified professional consulting firms and individuals experienced in the preparation of environmental impact reports (EIRs), with a preference for consultants/firms with specific experience in the preparation of EIRs for projects that relate to private haul roads and proposed intersection improvements.
