The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing training focused on establishing streamlined referral pathways for mental health and substance use treatment in rural environments, and developing structured follow-up and ongoing support protocols for Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)-eligible clients, for the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on November 12, 2026. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on October 15, 2026.
