Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) will be received online by the Town of Payson via the Town’s e-Procurement Portal until 11:00 am on July 1, 2026, at which time such SOQs will be opened in the Town Chambers, 303 N Beeline Highway, Payson, Arizona 85541 and made available for public viewing via a posted TEAMS link.
