SPECIFICATIONS AND BIDDING DOCUMENTS (this page and following pages 1 through 5) 2027 WATER TREATMENT PLANT CHEMICALS AND SALT Bids at 12:01 p.m. on November 16, 2026 SOUTHWEST REGIONAL WATER DISTRICT 3640 OLD OXFORD ROAD HAMILTON, OHIO 45013 For delivery to: NORTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT 4640 MORGANTHALER ROAD HAMILTON, OH 45011 and/or W. GUY METCALF WATER TREATMENT PLANT 3031 NUGENT ROAD HAMILTON, OH 45013 Josh Parker, Production Supervisor LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received at Southwest Regional Water District, 3640 Old Oxford Road, Hamilton, Ohio, 45013, until 12:01 pm EST on November 16th, 2026, for providing water treatment plant chemicals and salt at the District’s North Water Treatment Plant (NWTP) St. Clair Township, Butler County, Ohio and Metcalf Water Treatment Plant (MWTP) Ross Township, Butler County, Ohio, during calendar year 2027. Base bid prices shall be on a delivered cost-per-cwt. or cost-per-ton basis, as specified. All bid prices shall be firm, including freight, through December 31, 2027. Alternate bids for offering two-year contracts for selected items, as well as alternate storage for some chemicals (275/330- gallon tote) may be accepted. The anticipated first delivery date for all products is January 2027. Bids may be sent via email to parkerj@swwater.org. Hard copy bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of each envelope: “2027 Water Treatment Plant Chemicals and Salt” and addressed to: Josh Parker, Southwest Regional Water District, 3640 Old Oxford Road, Hamilton, OH, 45013. All bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided with the Specifications and Bidding Documents, which are available from the District’s website or upon written request. All Bids must include the respective product Data Sheet. All bids will be opened promptly at 12:01 pm EST on November 16th, 2026. No bids will be accepted after that time. The contract(s) for purchase of chemicals and salt will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder(s). The lowest bid will be determined based upon either the lowest bid for each bid item specified or the lowest combined bid offered for any combination of bid items specified. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to reject all bids for any one or more of the items specified and to rebid the contract for the item(s) for which bid(s) are rejected.
