Partial bids will not be accepted. The University reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process, as deemed to be in the best interest of the University. To be considered, all bids must be properly executed and received no later than August 11, 2026. No bid received after the stated deadline will be accepted or considered. Bids submitted in pencil will not be accepted. Payment in full must be made at the time of pickup in the form of a cashier’s check, bank draft, certified check, or U.S. currency. All items are offered as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all available information prior to submission. Any documentation or attachments submitted with a bid shall become part of the official bid and must be signed by the bidder. If you do not wish to submit a bid, please return this inquiry marked “No Bid” so that we may update our records accordingly. Bid should be returned in duplicate. All bids must comply with the State Bid Law. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of 100% and not less than 50% of the contract price.
