The City of Rogers, Arkansas is accepting sealed bids for public auction for the purchase of the following City-owned real property located in the Lexington Subdivision of Rogers, Arkansas:Parcel No. 02-18227-000, Lot 70A Lexington Subdivision, PLAT 5/26/05 2005-654 & REPLAT 7/01/2020 L202038467The property will be sold “as is”. The contract allows for a minimum of thirty (30) days from when the bid is accepted and the real estate agreement is signed to closing. The closing will be performed at Buyer’s expense and will require Buyer to pay for all costs associated with this sale.Bids must be for cash, and the City will select the successful bidder based on the highest value of the submission and the submitter’s ability to pay in cash for the purchase at the time of closing.
