Supply of Lead Safety Equipment and Materials

Description

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a one-year, as-needed contract with one supplier to provide lead-safe work practice equipment, contractor safety supplies, assembled homeowner lead safety kits, and related equipment necessary to support the City's Lead Reduction Program.The contract will allow the City to order supplies as program participants are enrolled and trained. Estimated quantities provided in this solicitation are for planning purposes only and do not represent a guarantee of purchase. Actual quantities purchased will depend on program participation, funding availability, and operational needs.The City anticipates purchasing approximately:120 pairs of contractor safety boots or safety shoes120 EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Compliance Kits100 assembled Homeowner Lead Safety Kits25 Mobile Containment UnitsThe City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities based on program needs. Items within kits may be subject to change.
