Supply of Desulphurization Media for Renewable Natural Gas Plant

The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid response for the Supply of Desulphurization Media for Renewable Natural Gas Plant.Dane County Department of Waste & Renewables is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of desulphurization media to the Dane County RNG Plant in Madison, WI. The objective is to source effective and cost efficient media for the removal of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) from the landfill gas at three separate operating conditions .  Proposed removal media should demonstrate lowest overall cost of use considering material unit costs, removal efficiency, and change out frequency. Three distinct Applications are presented for bidding with each having unique operating conditions and requirements. All three Applications will operate or be available to operate during normal conditions.Dane County will award the contract to selected Bidder for each application based on the response to the RFB and purchase initial shipment(s) of media during a one hundred eighty (180) acceptable period. If the media does not perform as anticipated, Dane County reserves the right to terminate the contract and award to the next Bidder for the application.
