Included shall be all labor, material, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to complete this work in accordance with the specifications.The material shall be delivered to the Atlantic County Utilities Authority Landfill located at the Haneman Environmental Park 6700 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.
