Supply and deliver one Stryker Xpedition Power Chair

Town of Merrimack New Hampshire 6 Baboosic Lake Rd · Merrimack, NH 03054 · www.merrimacknh.gov August 18, 2026 REQUEST FOR BID Stryker Xpedition Power Chair Bids will be received by the Town of Merrimack until 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, August 27, 2026 to supply and deliver one Stryker Xpedition Power Chair with a 5-year service agreement for the Fire Rescue Department, in accordance with the enclosed detailed bid specifications and following conditions. The power chair shall be a new Stryker Xpedition 6257 Mid Configuration Power Stair Chair, with a maximum load capacity of 500 pounds, an overall height of approximately 37.5 inches, and a width of approximately 20.5 inches. The power stair chair shall include the following product numbers, items, accessories, and a five (5)-year service agreement: • 625705550001 – 6257 Xpedition Mid Config • 650707000002 – Kit, Alvarium Battery, Service • 650700450301 – Assembly, Battery Charger • 650700450102 – Assembly, Power Cord, North America • Five (5)-year service agreement for Xpedition Stair Chair for 6257 Xpedition. All equipment shall be new, unused, and current production models. The power stair chair and all associated accessories shall be fully compatible with one another and shall be supplied as a complete, operational unit. The bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form furnished herewith and shall exclude state and federal taxes not applicable to municipalities. The bid price shall be quoted F.O.B. Town of Merrimack, Fire Department, 432 Daniel Webster Highway, Merrimack, NH. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids, and to accept the bid which best serves the interest of the Town. Bids must be sealed, marked “Bid on Stryker Xpedition Power Chair” with one additional copy and mailed to the Town of Merrimack Finance Department, 6 Baboosic Lake Rd, Merrimack, NH 03054 by the date and time specified above. It is the bidder’s responsibility to confirm the bid is received by the Finance Department by the date and time specified.
