Sunset Park Master Plan Implementation

Description

The City of Hollywood is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from interested parties and/or firms for the provision of providing professional engineering/architectural, permitting and construction administration services that include but are not limited to the design and preparation of construction plans and specifications, permitting and construction administration for the Sunset Park project and supporting infrastructure, including all necessary utilities, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. It is the City’s intent to select a firm that: (a) possesses the professional and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed services, and (b) will agree to work collaboratively with the City and the community to provide the greatest benefit to the taxpayers of the City. The City reserves the right to remove any portion of this project should it deem it to be in the best interest of the City. The City will review submittals only from those persons and/or firms that submit a proposal that includes all of the information required by this RFQ, the determination of which shall be in the sole discretion of the City. The City has received and is currently in the process of applying for funding and grant opportunities from various agencies including but not limited to; FEMA and Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and/or grants from other agencies. If the City is successful in receiving a grant award from an outside agency named or not named on this RFQ, should it be required, the selected Consultant shall execute project specific contract including and containing the grant agency contract terms and conditions
