General work description: The City of Florissant is soliciting sealed bids from qualified HVAC contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove and replace three (3) existing HVAC split systems at Sunset Nature Lodge.The replacement units shall be Sure Comfort Vantix™ Line Side-Discharge Universal Heat Pumps, Model RD18AY Series, matched with compatible inverter-driven air handling equipment and electric backup heat as specified herein.See Exhibit A in attachments for detailed specs.
