General work description: The Contractor will be responsible for all permitting, insurance, labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies, transportation, coordination, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform the following turnkey construction projects. The projects include providing pre-engineered design, construction, delivery, and installation of two pavilion structures. The work consists of all items as indicated within this scope, attached design, technical specifications, and contract documents.
