The City is seeking to enter into a design services contract with a state registered engineer/surveyor to assist the City of Sugar Land in overall project implementation related to a proposed project associated with Sugar Land Trail Phase II. The City has applied for and been awarded federal funding from the Federal Transit Administration for this project. The City of Sugar Land Purchasing Department will use the COSL Guidelines for FTA Procurement and the COSL Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program when completing any and all procurements for the Engineering Department utilizing FTA funds.
