The Easterly Wastewater Treatment Plant (EWWTP), Southerly and Westerly Wastewater Treatment Centers (SWWTC or WWWTC) and the Westerly and Easterly Tunnel Dewatering Pump Stations (WTDPS or ETDPS) are owned and operated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) with electrical substations and main switchgears for energy transmission.
