Substance Use Prevention Collaborative - Strategic Planning Consultation

The Washington County Youth Substance Use Prevention (SUP) Collaborative is looking to contract with an organization that will facilitate a strategic planning process with the steering committee and possibly the larger SUP Collaborative members. The SUP collaborative is part of our county Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). We are looking for a person/agency who is knowledgeable/skilled in both community-level primary prevention AND facilitating strategic planning with a diverse multisector group.We are also looking to have the same agency provide technical assistance to community based organizations interested in applying for county funds that will further the work of their organization. A Request for Proposals (RFP) is being developed and will be distributed to the community during the Spring of 2023. As we know there may be organizations interested in applying for funds but unsure of how to best draft their applications, and we believe they would benefit from the assistance of an outside agency familiar with the work of substance/gambling prevention as well as our county CHIP and SUP collaborative.
