West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) hereby invites qualified Suppliers to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Project Title. All suppliers intending to bid must be prequalified before submitting a proposal for this Project. The pre-qualification process will consist of two parts: 1. Review of vendors’ Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), and 2. pre-qualification testing. This solicitation is only to request SOQs. Based on a review of the SOQ’s, a short list of Suppliers may be selected to participate in the subsequent solicitation for pre-qualification testing. It is imperative that prospective bidders complete the prequalification questionnaire in its entirety, provide all requested documentation, and receive approval from West Basin to be included on the final list of qualified bidders.
