Streets and Parks Facilities - Professional Engineering & Architectural Services

In accordance with Texas Government Code 2254, the City of Waxahachie (“City”) is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (“Consultant”) to provide professional engineering and architectural services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Qualifications document.  This RFQ provides interested firms with the information necessary to prepare and submit their qualifications for consideration.The City anticipates utilizing the selected Consultant for the planning phase and for the design of construction of the new streets department building and also the new parks department building. As part of final selection, the City may request additional information from the firms to gauge availability and expertise in a specific area of focus.The city will give prime consideration to the respondents with significant, current experience in the development, design, and construction of municipal maintenance facilities, including street maintenance facilities and parks maintenance facilities.
