J-32991 April 8, 2026 TO: ALL HOLDERS OF RECORD OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS Acknowledge receipt of this addendum by inserting its number and date in the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject the bidder to disqualification. This addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents. It modifies them as follows. PART I –DRAWINGS 1. Modify “Check Valve Detail” on sheet C3.5 by deleting stainless steel gate in SMH#13. See red line markups on snapshot below. Other aspects of the project remain unchanged.
