Includes Pierce Park intersection re-alignment and signal work, concrete and asphalt paving, curb, gutter, multi-use pathways, bio-retention swales and stormwater system. Project also includes water line installation on south side of State Street from Riverside Street to approximately North McKensie Drive (The River Club).
