The Stanislaus Council of Governments (hereinafter called StanCOG) is soliciting proposals from qualified law firms to commence right-of-way acquisition and/or eminent domain proceedings to acquire property for the State Route 132 West project from West Needham Street to Gates Road/Paradise Road (Project). The successful proposer will be a full-service team that can provide complete, turnkey eminent domain legal services.Prospective proposers are advised that should this RFP result in recommendation for award of a contract, the contract will not be in force until it is approved and fully executed by StanCOG.
