The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consulting firms to provide design services for the Star Road corridor, from US 20/26 (Chinden Boulevard) to SH 44 (State Street).This project includes roadway widening, multi-use pathway integration, multiple bridge replacements or modifications, and enhanced pedestrian crossings. The selected firm will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive design in alignment with ACHD’s Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in corridor planning and design, bridge engineering, and multi-modal transportation infrastructure.
