The Department previously purchased the first half of the order and now seeks to outfit the remaining sworn personnel with the same platform to maintain consistency in operations, training, and maintenance. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Section 26 (Sole Source Purchases) of the City of Hialeah Purchasing Manual.
