Escambia County is looking for a service contract for our Spectro Blue ICP-OES metals analyzer to run from October 2025 through September 2026. It is a highly specialized instrument that requires a high level of technical experience to properly maintain, diagnose, and repair. The service contract will cover an annual preventative maintenance visit and an additional visit for either a second PM visit or an emergency repair visit with labor and travel coverage included. Vendor must be able to:The cost of the PM kit must be included in the cost of the quote.Must have technicians able to travel to perform routine preventive maintenance and an emergency repair visit which are included in the cost of the service contract.Must have access to OEM parts (not on order).Must have dedicated technical support online and over the phone.
