The purpose of this announcement is to express the intent of the Jacksonville Transportation Authority ('JTA' or 'Authority') to award a Sole Source Contract to Thermo King for the purchase of air conditioning parts to repair Thermo King AC units on the fleet of Fixed-Route Buses and Connexion Buses. These products and service items would be part of the Sole Source, as further detailed in the statement of need.All questions or concerns regarding this Sole Source must be submitted on the JTA OpenGov Procurement Portal https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/jtafla under the "Question and Answer", tab or contact the Procurement Department at procurement@jtafla.com.
