ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Panama City, Florida PC26-046 SRF Area P-11 Improvements General Notice City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: PC26-046 SRF Area P-11 Improvements AtkinsRéalis Project No. 100083657 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until Wednesday, October 7th, 2026, at 11:00am Central Time. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall Lower Level Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. The Project includes the following Work: The project involves the replacement of approximately 5,962 linear feet of road, 14,601 linear feet of water line, 4,953 linear feet of sewer line, and 5,579 linear feet of sewer lining. This project is located in the Cove neighborhood of Panama City and involves work along E. Beach Dr., Cherry St., Harmon Ave., Wilson Ave., Allen Ave., Linda Ave., Hamilton Ave., N. Cover Blvd., N. MacArthur Ave., N. Palo Alto Ave., N. Bonita Ave., E. 1st Ct., E. 2nd St., E. 2nd Ct., and E. 2nd Pl. The Project has an expected duration of 365 days. Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Wednesday, September 16th, 2026, at 11:00am Central Time in Lower Level Room 010 of City Hall located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City.  Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing  or in person at City of Panama City Purchasing Division, Room 238, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, Phone number 850-872-3070. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office.  Addenda, if any will be emailed to plan holders and will be available in a pdf format on the Bonfire Portal: https://panamacity.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities and the City of Panama City's website: https://www.panamacity.gov/bids/aspx. The City shall not be liable for any costs incurred by any bidder in connection with its response to this Invitation to Bid.
