VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide the following engineering services (“Services”) for the SR 17 Wildlife and Trail Crossings Project (“Project”). The Project includes multiple phases of work. This RFP is for completion of the final design – Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (“PS&E”) phase for the Project. The proposed Project location shown in Appendix A.
