Project Description: This Project consists of performing spot sewer rehabilitation to existing sewerand drainage pipes of varying depth and size, including Cured in Place Pipe rehabilitation. This includescoordinating with other utilities, surface removal, excavation, dewatering, bypass pumping, replacing pipe,pipe fittings, maintenance holes and channels, bedding, jet cleaning, CCTV inspection, backfilling,pavement restoration, ADA compliant curb ramps, CIPP installation, and removal of debris.The Minimum Award Value for this contract is $600,000, as defined in Section 1-01.3. The Work will beassigned by Work Packages. Each Work Package will specify the scope of work for Sewer repairs betweentwo sequential maintenance holes and must be performed as specified in the Contract and the WorkPackage details.Engineer's Estimate: The Contract amount is Not to Exceed $4,000,000, plus sales tax.Project Location: Project locations will be located throughout the City of Seattle as specified in eachWork Package issued after the Contract is executed.
