Pursuant to provisions of the School District Procurement Rules, Gilbert Public Schools (GPS), hereafter referred to as the District, seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified firm for a vendor-hosted Sports Management Software System to administer GPS sponsored Gilbert Youth Athletic (GYA), athletic camps and clinics, and fundraisers. The software should be all inclusive to support various areas of Gilbert Public Schools Community Education, and the District Athletic Department including, but not limited to, child/family data, site operations, online registrations, payment processing, athletic team creations, game scheduling. After release and prior to the award of this contract, Offerors are prohibited from soliciting the Community Education Department and all District sites.
