The Special Magistrate shall provide professional services for the County as needed and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 162, Florida Statutes, Chapter 53, Seminole County Code, the Rules and Procedures for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate and the Memorandum of Understanding between Seminole County and Seminole County Sheriff's Office Regarding Allocation of Code Enforcement as amended.
