South Shore Country Club Re-Roofing Project

Description

The Town of Hingham (the Owner and Awarding Authority) seeks to solicit bids for all work for the re-roofing of the existing South Shore Country Club, 274 South St., Hingham, MA 02043 including asphalt shingles, flashings and underlayments, interior roof framing reinforcement and other miscellaneous exterior related louvers and carpentry work as indicated in the Contract Documents.Bids for the Work are subject to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 149, Sections 44A- 44J inclusive, as amended and Section 39M through 39R of Chapter 30 as amended. Regulations governing bidding procedure as set forth in above mentioned General Laws must be followed. In the event of any inconsistencies between any of the provisions of these Bidding Documents and of the cited statute, anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the provisions of the said statute shall control.Construction Schedule:  Construction to commence October 11, 2024, with Completion by November 30, 2024.Total Project Estimate: $325,000.00This bid posting contains all information for the South Shore Country Club Re- Roofing Project.
