South Shore Country Club HVAC Project

Description

The Town of Hingham (the Owner and Awarding Authority) seeks to solicit bids for all work for the replacement of the existing South Shore Country Club’s Men’s and Women’s locker room HVAC system and Lobby HVAC system, including removal of existing units and other abandoned equipment, partial demolition and rebuilding of the exterior attic wall to facilitate removal and installation and other miscellaneous Work as indicated in the Contract Documents.Bids for the Work are subject to the provisions of General Laws Chapter 149, Sections 44A- 44J inclusive, as amended and Section 39M through 39R of Chapter 30 as amended. Regulations governing bidding procedure as set forth in above mentioned General Laws must be followed.
