Cecil County Department of Public Works (DPW) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide on-call solid waste planning & engineering design services under an open-end contract.Cecil County Department of Public Works is seeking comprehensive engineering services relating to a wide variety of solid waste management projects, facilities, and operations, including master planning, landfill design and permitting, landfill capping, scale house layout and design, landfill gas collection and control, beneficial use of landfill gas, leachate management, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management.Services will be authorized on an as-needed basis through individual task orders issued by the County during the term of the contract.
