Request for Proposals The Kodiak Island Borough will receive sealed bids until 2:00pm (local time), August 5, August 4, 2026, for the Solid Waste Collection Contract in Kodiak, Alaska. All work to be done under one Contractor as described in the Scope of Work: solid waste collection services for the Kodiak Island Borough and City Road System. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on June 30. 2026 at 10:00am (local time) held in-person at the Kodiak Island Borough Conference Room (121), 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, AK, 99615 or via Microsoft Teams. Only registered proposers will receive a link to the Teams meeting a day prior to the pre-proposal meeting.
