Pursuant to the Port St. Lucie City Code of Ordinance 35.07, this electronic Intake Request is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified proposer who will provide Project Title to the City of Port St. Lucie (hereinafter, “City”) as further described in this Intake.Marine enforcement ballistic armor system that protects from gun fire with an integrated flotation system built into the vest with ballistic floating armor plates that add buoyancy as well as C02 firing inflation.This is not a Request for Proposal, and no solicitation is available.
