Ovivo USA, LLC is the sole manufacturer and supplier of the Ovivo Suction Pipe Clarifier Type C3s system components used at the VCSA Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Equipment includes the cast iron base drive unit, deep oil reservoir, fully supported one-piece pinion, replaceable strip liner main bearing, full oil bath lubrication for main gear and bearing sets, drive unit, influent center column with inner return sludge pipe, flocculation feed well, rake arms with suction pipes, sludge collection box, and scum skimming system. Ovivo’s proprietary clarifier design provides precision balancing, optimal sludge removal, and reliable long-term performance standardized across the District’s wastewater treatment facilities.
