Software and Implementation Services for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Utility Billing (UB) Software Systems Environment

Description

The City of Santa Cruz has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit responses from qualified firms (Proposers) offering proven, commercial-off-the shelf solutions to replace its current Tyler Technologies, Eden, ERP and Utility Billing Platforms. The City’s goal is to take advantage of modern ERP and Utility Billing Systems that are fully integrated and designed around best practices allowing the city to streamline and improve processes that result in timely, accurate, and easy‐to‐access information.   The City is seeking a qualified Proposer(s) who demonstrates organizational, functional, and technical capabilities necessary to implement and support ERP and Utility Billing Solutions.  The Proposer(s) will provide professional services to the City including best practices guidance, data conversion, system configuration, training, testing, project management, interface development, and ongoing customer services.   It is the City’s preference to seek Proposer(s) who offer a complete solution; however, the City is open to receiving responses from Proposer(s) offering partnerships and subsets of functionality. Failure to meet all of the RFP Requirements will not disqualify a proposer; however, the City will evaluate each proposal to determine if the overall fit is in the best interest of the City.
