Software Agreement for Permitting, Code Enforcement, and Contractor Licensing Solution and Implementation Services

Description

The County is soliciting proposals from qualified providers of Land Management Software (LMS) for Development Review and Zoning, Electronic Plan Review, Permitting, Code Enforcement, and Contractor Licensing activities whose product and service capabilities meet or exceed current County requirements and whose complete product offering provides a robust solution set that will allow the County to continue to leverage its investment well into the future.Before submitting a proposal, the Proposer shall be thoroughly familiarized with all contract conditions referred to in this document and any addenda issued before the proposal submission date. The selected Proposer’s proposal and any additional documentation (e.g., including Proposer questions and responses) provided by the Proposer during the solicitation process will be integrated into the final contract for services entered between the County and the selected Proposer. It shall be the Proposer's responsibility to ascertain that the proposal includes all addenda issued prior to the proposal submission date. The terms of the RFP and the Proposer shall determine by personal examination and by such other means as may be preferred, the conditions and requirements under which the agreement must be performed.
