The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement (https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva), to be received no later than October 10, 2023 at 2:00PM (local prevailing time).The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish a 1,000 gallon sodium hypochlorite double-walled fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) storage tank. Installation is not required; however, a company representative must be on site while City personnel installs the tank.
