Socorro Police Renovation (Zimmerly Elementary) NCA.08 CITY OF SOCORRO SECTION 00-200 INVITATION FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BID SOCORRO POLICE RENOVATION (ZIMMERLY ELEMENTARY) BID NO. 031926 According to Drawings and Specifications prepared by NCA - Architects and described in general as: This project is primarily limited to a mechanical upgrade and includes new roof top mechanical units. Several rooms receive new lay-in ceilings, lights, ductwork and associated electrical work. There are two new walls and four new doors. Sealed bids will be accepted until bid opening at 2:00 p.m., March 19, 2026, in the City Hall Council Chambers 111 School of Mines Rd., Socorro, New Mexico 87801. At that time bids will be opened publicly and recorded. The City of Socorro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical irregularities, and to award the bid to the bidder whose bid it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Socorro. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Any bid received after the above date and or time will be returned unopened. All bids must be clearly marked “IFB031926” in the lower left corner of the envelope. The bidder shall assume full responsibility for the timely delivery of bid.
