Soccer Field Turf Renovation Projects

Description

The City is seeking a qualified contractor that specializes in the renovation of natural turf grass sports fields. The existing tall fescue grass fields will be renovated. Renovation shall include all demolition, ground preparation, off hauling all spoils and old turf, soil amendments (if needed), tilling, grading to achieve a minimum 1% slope, and laying new large roll sod. Contractor will repair any irrigation damaged during work, ensure all irrigation heads are adjusted to grade, and perform a system check to make sure all irrigation is operational and functioning appropriately prior to establishment. Proposers are being asked to provide a detailed scope of work plan including methods and specifications for the renovation based on their best practices and expertise, as demonstrated from previous projects of a similar scope.
