Contractors are responsible for construction testing including concrete & structural steel. 2. Contractors are required to carry the construction permit. 3. The pavilion shall be a turn-key installation. Contractor is responsible for the erection of the pavilion structure and associated footings. 4. The removal of topsoil and organics below the slab shall be 12” per detail 4/A101 5. Temporary fencing is required to secure the perimeter of the construction site. Contractor to provide galvanized temp fencing (no orange plastic fencing with stacks is allowed) 6. When routing power above existing ceiling, the contractor will be responsible for securing visible conduit and fiber lines to meet current code requirements. Any damaged ceiling tiles during removal shall be the contractor’s responsibility to replace with new. 7. It is the intent that the contractor may have to directional bore beneath existing concrete to bring power to the pavilion. 8.
