Addendum # 01 PROJECT: SES PROJECT NO: DATE: Lansing Public Schools Pleasantview Air Conditioning 26 0957 01 05/21/2026 The following are changes, clarifications, and additions made to the Specifications and Construction Drawings prior to the receipt of bids and shall be noted by the Contractor responsible for the same. All of these items shall be considered part of the Contract Documents. The general character of the work required by this Addendum shall be the same as originally specified, and all incidentals required in connection with the work hereinafter described shall be included even though not specifically mentioned. The contractor shall be held responsible to include and adjust the work of all trades involved as required to complete the work described hereinafter. All bidders shall review the Addendum as it alters the work shown on the Construction Drawings and the Specifications. ALL CONDUITS SHALL BE ROUTED CONCEALED UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. ALL 120 VOLT CIRCUITS SHALL UTILIZE A SEPARATE NEUTRAL. POWER KEYNOTES R1 R2 R3 R4 R5 R6 R7 ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE A 208V, NEMA 6-30R RECEPTACLE. COORDINATE EXACT LOCATION WITH OWNER. PROVIDE SURFACE MOUNTED RACEWAY TO RECEPTACLE; ROUTING TO BE COORDINATED WITH EXISTING FIELD CONDITIONS. EXISTING WALL MOUNTED CONDUIT IN THIS AREA IS DAMAGED. REPLACE BROKEN SERVICE ENTRANCE CONDUIT AS REQUIRED TO REMEDY BROKEN CONDUIT. COORDINATE WITH UTILITY AS REQUIRED FOR FACILITATION OF WORK. CONDUIT IS CRACKED AND CONDUCTORS ARE EXPOSED TO ELEMENTS. NEW PANEL: COORDINATE WITH OWNER FOR EXACT LOCATION IN ROOM. IF THE ROOM HAS OCCUPANCY SENSOR OFF LIGHTING CONTROLS CREATE A NIGHT LIGHT USING EXISTING LIGHTING FIXTURE CLOSEST TO NEW PANEL.
