INVITATION TO BID FOR BID #A20-26 SNOW REMOVAL AND DEICING SERVICES FOR THE CAMDEN COUNTY LIBRARIES— VOGELSON REGIONAL AND HADDON TOWNSHIP BRANCHES Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid #A20-26 Snow Removal and Deicing Services for The Camden County Libraries— Vogelson Regional And Haddon Township Branches will be received at the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Camden County Courthouse – 1st Floor Lobby, 520 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102, on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee. Questions about the bid specifications may be sent by email to laura.paffenroth@camdencounty.com no later than Monday, September 28th, 2026, at Noon. Questions received after this date and time will not be considered. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting to be held at the Camden County Library System: M Allan Vogelson Branch, 203 Laurel Rd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043 on Thursday, September 24th, 2026, at 2:30 PM, prevailing time, to fully understand the specifications and conditions of work to be done under this bid. It is recommended that each bid be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Courthouse 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-delivered, bids must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website: http://www.camdencounty.com/service/purchasing-and-procurements/ Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27).
