The Town of Manchester is requesting bids from contractors and/or individuals who wish to be considered for hire by the Public Works Department as Snow Plowing Contractors in the snow and ice control program.The specifications and proposal cover the request for Plowing and De-icing services for the Town of Manchester during the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 winter seasons with an option to renew for the 2024/2025 season by mutual consent of both parties. The established hourly rates, as noted on the proposal sheet, shall prevail and shall be paid to the Contractor when the services are provided.
