NATURE OF THE PROJECT: This Small Works Roster, Public Works project is landscape and irrigation system operations and maintenance at eight (8) locations, encompassing 12 stormwater facilities. Services include, but are not limited to, mowing, weed control, pruning, and irrigation system operations and repairs. Sites are in various locations in Spokane County, and other related miscellaneous items. Although not a requirement to bid, it is recommended the bidder visit each site to be maintained. Engineer’s Estimate: $38,500/year with the option of two additional one-year renewals In submitting a bid, you are registered with Spokane County for the Small Works Roster in accordance with R.C.W. 39.04.155.
