NOTICE Pursuant to HRS 103D, electronic sealed offers via the Public Purchase System will be received up to 3:00 P.M., Hawaii Standard Time, on July 30, 2026 , in the Office of the Division of Purchasing, Department of Finance, for the Furnishing and Delivery of Firefighter Uniforms for the County of Kauai Fire Department. Bids of $100,000 or more will not be accepted.
