Tucson Unified School District is seeking to enter into a contract with a food service distributor(s) to provide single serve disposables to TUSD Food Services. This bid may be awarded a single vendor or by category, whichever is in the best interest of the District. It is the intent of the District to award a multi-term contract, beginning on July 1, 2024, and continuing for a period of one year, through June 30, 2025. If all conditions are met during this period, this contract can be extended, if funding is available, for up to two additional one-year contracts or any portion thereof. However, no contract exists unless and until a purchase order is issued each fiscal year.
