The City of Santa Cruz requests proposals from qualified firms for services for Sidewalk Vending Monitoring and Enforcement. A successful proposer will have the ability to implement and enforce the Sidewalk Vending Program per Ordinance SCMC Chapter 5.82 (“Sidewalk Vending”). In Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, the City has allocated funds for additional contract code compliance support.
